Before we hop into this week’s releases I need to take a minute to let you guys know that Vinyl Me Please just opened the pre-sales on the 15th Anniversary pressing of Brooklynati. It’s on double vinyl with expanded artwork and a bonus disc of never before pressed music from that magical moment in time. It was a kind of an exciting week for releases of all sorts. I saw a ton of new videos, caught a few new and old-new albums and singles too.
I am sure you all have heard about Kendrick using is feature on Metro Boomin & Future’s new album to diss Drake & J. Cole (and if you haven’t well now you have) so we won’t be talking about that here.

Rapper vlogs are my new favorite thing and Cole’s is pretty fun.

ALBUMS
This album dropped in 2022 but this band is amazing and I saw them in concert last week. PHENOMENAL. Apparently I hung out with them in Turkey a few years ago and completely forgot about it. Typical!
This is an album full of remixes from their first album. Again, highly recommend.
I’ve been waiting on this album to drop for literal years. Glad it’s out!
Haven’t got a chance to check this yet but the song with Anderson Paak is jamming!
New Divine ScienZe! Blu, Sene and Raheem DeVaughn are all on the album too.
This album is pretty cool. I like it so i figured some of you might need to know about it.
Okay I have no idea who this guy is but i did a really quick cursory scrub of a few tracks and I think I’ll like it. He has Dijon on there and a few upbeat joints which is a recipe for getting my attention.

Remi dropped a video for this song but I feel like I posted too many videos already so if you’d like to watch her be a whirling dervish in a park type her name in your Youtube.
I got to see Jharis at Winter music festival and it was one of the most exciting music discovery moments that I’ve had in a while. It felt like seeing something truly new for the first time. I also got to hear the album early and it translates from stage to studio.
Never. Ever. Disappoints.
This guy is really dope. Don’t know much about him other than he’s from Hawaii? He got jams tho.
