If you ever want to do a real time study on how short a week is you should start a weekly newsletter. I swear the same two drafts have been staring at me for weeks but luckily that stuff is evergreen and gets better with time is what I tell myself as I continue not to flesh them out.

So this week’s newsletter is another new releases post. I mean it’s kinda necessary cus a lot can get lost in the shuffle of Beyonce dropping two new songs while Usher is simultaneously performing a medley of his greatest hits and Ice Spice, Taylor Swift and Jay Z watch America celebrate the Superbowl (our most important holiday).

So if you need something to listen to while you actively ignore the fact that Kanye finally dropped that album that he’s been threatening us with the I’ve got you covered. And no I won’t be posting that album or listening to it so you don’t have to but I will be doing more of that soon!

I was gonna skip posting these cus I’m sure that everyone is aware of their existence but I know a few of yall live under a rock so partake! Texas Hold’em is a jam. I am into Bey’s Yeehaw era.

Like clockwork we get another Blue album. I wonder how many we’ll see before the year ends.

I have no idea who these people are but they have De La Soul, Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes and Warren G on the same album. WILD!

Rhymefest is great at concept albums and this time he tackles that conversation between Nikki Giovanni and James Baldwin.
